The Journey - Fundamentals
"Health and Longevity are not just about the physical body. They are a holistic experience, a delicate balance of fulfilling work, harmonious relationships, and effective physical repair and maintenance. These are the three pillars that have been fundamental to my journey towards optimal health as I approach my 80th year.
Fulfilling work is not just about what we do to earn a living. It's about finding purpose and passion in our daily activities, which fuels our mental and emotional wellbeing. When we love what we do, we are motivated, engaged, and less stressed, which has a positive impact on our overall health.
Harmonious relationships, on the other hand, provide us with emotional support, a sense of belonging, and a network of care that can help us navigate life's ups and downs. They are the emotional backbone that keeps us strong and resilient.
Lastly, Effective physical repair and maintenance is about taking care of our bodies. This includes a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, and the use of regenerative practices that I have discovered over the years.
